An exciting adventure on the slopes of Etna, the majestic “Muntagna”.

Our tour begins by crossing picturesque villages, ancient witnesses of the rich Sicilian traditions, immersed in the unique atmosphere of the Etna Park.

You will have the opportunity to walk along the ridge of dormant craters, unveiling the secrets of the structure and volcanic activity of Etna. Together we will discover the wonders of a lava flow cave, exploring it in total safety. We will then ascend with our off-road vehicles along the traces of ancient lava flows, reaching panoramic points from which to admire breathtaking views.

During the ascent, we will observe how the vegetation transforms with increasing altitude, transitioning from lava flows to a mosaic of biodiversity: apple orchards, cherry orchards, vineyards, hazelnut groves, forests of chestnut, oak, holm oak, juniper, turkey oak, roverella, pine, birch, beech, and much more. We will explore enchanted places like the Dagale, islands of land and vegetation that lava has miraculously spared, and Piano Provenzana, with its view of the azure Ionian Sea and the traces of the 2002 lava flow.

For those who choose the Full Day option, the day is enriched with a lunch consisting of exquisite dishes from typical Sicilian cuisine. All dishes are prepared with seasonal products from Etna, accompanied by selected Etna DOC wines. We are able, upon request, to offer various basic alternatives.
